Frequently Asked Questions
Camp Gan Israel Boys Overnight Camp is under the auspices of Chabad Lubavitch UK. The camp is fully covered up to a Limit of Indemnity of £5m under the Royal & Sun Alliance Public Liability insurance policy of Chabad Lubavitch UK for legal liability, but not for any moral obligation with regard to a non-legal liability incident/ accident. What this means is that if something happens in camp for which we are legally liable then our insurance will cover this.
Therefore we suggest that you may wish to take out a travel insurance or personal accident insurance that will cover accidental injury. We recommend that you contact your insurance broker for details for this type of insurance.
Certainly if you are coming from overseas (and not covered by the National Health service) then you would need to take out a travel insurance which would possibly cover accidental injury. Again, you should consult your Insurance Broker in this respect. We take our responsibilities very seriously and we reassure you that we always do the utmost to ensure the safety of children.
